The prices of products offered on the site may differ from the prices for the same products offered in stores and you will have no recourse against Indyana inc if a price difference was unfavorable to you or if you could have benefited from more favorable sales conditions by placing your order differently.

Payment by credit card
Only the following credit card payments are accepted on the site: Visa and MasterCard.
We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers at any time. Credit cards used on the site must be valid and authentic, and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and without any liability or obligation to you. We reserve the right to verify the credit card with any issuer in case of suspected fraudulent use. Indyana Inc. must receive full payment for the order before proceeding with delivery.

Product availability
Indyana Inc. does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the website. If Indyana Inc. is unable to deliver a product you ordered due to a shortage of raw materials, Indyana Inc. will refund the amount charged to your credit card for the product and send you an email confirming the refund. Indyana Inc. must receive full payment for the order before proceeding with delivery.

ORDERING PROCESS
Orders are normally processed directly at the distillery within 1 to 2 working days (for products in production or special orders or non-conventional formats, allow 7 days).
PICK-UP AT THE WORKSHOP
We offer the option of picking up your products directly from the workshop during opening hours. You have 30 days to collect your package, after which the order will be cancelled and non-refundable. Upon pickup, customers are required to inspect their package on-site to ensure it matches the order. If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please provide them with a copy of your online order.
DELIVERY
Delivery is by expedited parcel (with tracking number) via Canada Post or private carrier* (1 to 2 business days on average).
Shipping costs for Canada*:

$15 + tax for orders under $50 before tax

$9 + tax for orders between $50 and $149.99 before taxes

Free shipping on orders of $150 or more before taxes
Indyana is not responsible for lost**, damaged**, and/or incorrectly delivered packages. Customers are responsible for verifying their delivery address before placing their order.

** We are subject to the carriers' rules in case of breakage, damage or loss of the package.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CREDIT OUR
You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order to report an order error or a broken item. After this period, no returns will be accepted. No returns are accepted for products sold in non-standard sizes or special orders. Returned products must be in their original condition as shipped, unused, and with their security seal/film intact. An exchange or store credit (for the value of the item at the time of purchase) is possible only in case of a defect. A photo of the returned product may be required. No refunds will be issued except in the case of an error on our part.
