How long does it take to receive an order?

Accepted Answer

We process the order between 1 to 2 business days and then we ship it with a carrier that offers delivery between 1 and 2 days, so we can expect 3 to 7 days to receive it. Please note that not all of our products are in stock and can sometimes be manufactured just before being sent.
Also take into account public holidays!

Question 2

I would like to add a product to my order that I just placed, is this possible?

Contact us by email or phone, if your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to add it. However, it will not be possible to remove an item from the order to replace it.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

I would like my ointment in a larger size, is this possible?

Question 4

My essential oil doesn't smell the same as last time! Why?

Accepted Answer

It is possible that from one distillation to another, the smell is slightly different, the plant which contains aromatic molecules does not always have the same secretions from one batch to another, it depends on the place of harvest and the time which can be different.

I would like my ointment in a larger format, is that possible?

Our essential oils can be offered in a 5ml discovery size; for other products, only the sizes offered online are available.
